
Membership and Distance Sales Agreement
This Membership and Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been concluded electronically between AppHurra Bilişim Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi ("AppHurra"), which operates the AppHurra platform, and the user ("User") who is a member of the platform and/or creates an event registration through the platform.
By becoming a member of the platform or benefiting from the services, the user declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the provisions of this agreement.

If you register for an event; your name, surname, contact information, category information, team/club information, emergency information, race performance data and additional information necessary for event registrations (t-shirt size, shoe preference, performance data, etc. information included in the event registration form) may be shared with the organizer of the relevant event. This sharing is necessary for the smooth running of the event, participant management, concluding, awarding and security processes.
